The lecture will be an update on the research of the Caistor Roman Project by Professor Will Bowden of the University of Nottingham.

The AGM of the Society will be held at the start of the meeting at 13:30, followed by the September Lecture, commencing at about 14:00.

NB: This meeting will take place online via Zoom, and a link to the online meeting will be sent to ticket holders a week before the event. You can participate online from a computer or smartphone, and you will not need to install any software or provide any personal information.

Given the unusual circumstances of this year, the Trustees of the Society have exercised their right to permit proxy voting at this meeting. Any member unable to participate in the online meeting, and who wishes to exercise this right, should post or email the name of their proxy to the Secretary by 9am on the day of the meeting, or may likewise provide their preferences for individual motions and request that the Chair records his proxy vote on their behalf.
